Printable Exercise Program
Printable Exercise Program. I still have so much to learn, and the sheer complexity of it all is daunting at times. Is this idea really solving the core problem, or is it just a cool visual that I'm attached to? Is it feasible to build with the available time and resources? Is it appropriate for the target audience? You have to be willing to be your own harshest critic and, more importantly, you have to be willing to kill your darlings. It is a fundamental recognition of human diversity, challenging designers to think beyond the "average" user and create solutions that work for everyone, without the need for special adaptation. We urge you to read this document thoroughly.
