Finally, it’s crucial to understand that a "design idea" in its initial form is rarely the final solution. The fundamental shift, the revolutionary idea that would ultimately allow the online catalog to not just imitate but completely transcend its predecessor, was not visible on the screen. The placeholder boxes and text frames of the template were not the essence of the system; they were merely the surface-level expression of a deeper, rational order. But a true professional is one who is willing to grapple with them.
