Some of the best ideas I've ever had were not really my ideas at all, but were born from a conversation, a critique, or a brainstorming session with my peers. From there, you might move to wireframes to work out the structure and flow, and then to prototypes to test the interaction. The template is no longer a static blueprint created by a human designer; it has become an intelligent, predictive agent, constantly reconfiguring itself in response to your data.
