Start by ensuring all internal components are properly seated and all connectors are securely fastened. Was the body font legible at small sizes on a screen? Did the headline font have a range of weights (light, regular, bold, black) to provide enough flexibility for creating a clear hierarchy? The manual required me to formalize this hierarchy. After you've done all the research, all the brainstorming, all the sketching, and you've filled your head with the problem, there often comes a point where you hit a wall.
