It can give you a website theme, but it cannot define the user journey or the content strategy. Our brains are not naturally equipped to find patterns or meaning in a large table of numbers. It feels less like a tool that I'm operating, and more like a strange, alien brain that I can bounce ideas off of. It starts with understanding human needs, frustrations, limitations, and aspirations. It was a slow, meticulous, and often frustrating process, but it ended up being the single most valuable learning experience of my entire degree. The instructions for using the template must be clear and concise, sometimes included directly within the template itself or in a separate accompanying guide.
