The world, I've realized, is a library of infinite ideas, and the journey of becoming a designer is simply the journey of learning how to read the books, how to see the connections between them, and how to use them to write a new story. The same principle applies to global commerce, where the specifications for manufactured goods, the volume of traded commodities, and the dimensions of shipping containers must be accurately converted to comply with international standards and ensure fair trade.
